Apart Development Construction Company has breathed new life into old Tbilisi with its unique project, preserving its original appearance. Tell us about your projects.
On behalf of Apart Development in 2019, we implemented the first project on Bukhaidze Street in Old Tbilisi. Since then, we have started several ongoing projects in the same area, and I want to tell you that this area is already called “New Bukhaidze”; our buildings are so well decorated and organically fit into the existing environment.

The complex will be presented in the form of 3 small buildings. The exterior is organically combined with the details of modern and old Tbilisi architecture. What kind and quality of the material will you use in construction?
A distinctive feature of the construction is that we use mainly high-quality European-made materials for construction and repair work, although we are also proud that the facade of the building will be lined with Georgian brick and aluminum composite panels. We also install not metal-plastic, but high-quality aluminum doors and windows; The interior walls will be plastered with Rotmand, marble, and granite tiles provided in the corridors, an Otis elevator, etc.

In general, it should be noted that obtaining a permit for new construction in Old Tbilisi from the Tbilisi City Hall is a rather difficult issue since high-rise buildings are prohibited, and when dismantling, it should be taken into account that the facilities located here are historical monuments. Therefore, many companies do not want to start construction with a reduced profit and cannot meet the requirements. And for us, it is a social and civic responsibility to strengthen, build and delight the residents of Tbilisi with beautiful, albeit dilapidated buildings, even if financially it would be more profitable to build in another area.

As for sales, I would like to note that the project is so outstanding and revealing that we have turned off all types of advertising/marketing activity because the flow of interested customers does not stop. In addition, the number of apartments in this project is limited, and, unfortunately, we cannot even meet the demand of many.
